DVD - What Foreclosure Advocates Need to Know about the UCC

Issues of "standing" and note ownership in foreclosure actions persist, and an understanding of assignments of mortgage debt ownership requires basic familiarity with applicable provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code. This session will cover what you need to know about Article 3 and Article 9 of the UCC, and how those provisions impact standing defenses in foreclosure cases.

This training was filmed on November 20, 2015.
